Super sweet staff and great spa! The acne academy appointments really helped my stubborn acne that wouldn’t go away after Accutane. Hayley Schenk is so sweet and professional!
Went in on Wednesday 7/16, for two services. Only to hear employee talking about how my appointment time was inconvenient for her to another customer checking out not knowing her 6:00pm customer was waiting in the lobby for over 10 minutes and that my service was easily to be done at home, why work then where that service is offered. I’ve been going to Jacquelyn’s for years and love their services. Today o had a skin tightening facial with a lymphatic massage with Laura's and it was amazing. My skin feels amazing and I can see a decrease in puffiness. Highly recommend.
I had an amazing experience at this spa! I recently had brow lamination and tint, as well as the AeroLase laser treatment with Hayley, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable every step of the way.
