I’m incredibly disappointed and disturbed by the treatment my mother received from Dr. Levy. From the moment we arrived, she was unprofessional, rude, and displayed an appalling lack of bedside manner. Rather than treating my mother with compassion and respect, Dr. Levy questioned everything she said, as though she were lying or exaggerating her symptoms. We couldn’t be more pleased with Dr.Levy. She is extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable, always taking the time to explain everything clearly. We’ve noticed such a positive improvement in my grandma’s vision and overall eye health since starting treatment here. The staff is also friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit a pleasant experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent eye care!
