Saw her via telemed last year for a recurrence of psoriatic nail symptoms. Despite a diagnosis from my previous doctors she claims it just looked like "dry nails" and to use some bougie overpriced lanolin cream. Yep, one of those ones she gets a commission for. Yeah, well she was super wrong, and i should have spoken up more, since ive already had experience with psoriasis, psoriatic nail issues and PsA before and she clearly was not as experienced as she claimed. That was my first time in an appointment with her and was an amazing. She was take the time to explain me everything. She was kind
Hand picked this Dr. myself, drove from out of town to see her only to be turned away because I was 5 mins late and it was the end of the day. Late because of construction and an accident nothing I could have prevented btw. Even after explaining this she wouldn’t see me. I deal with chronic pain and o was literally in tears. Luckily the lady that was at the front desk and a nurse helped me(very nice and patient)and I was able to reschedule with someone else.
