Hand picked this Dr. myself, drove from out of town to see her only to be turned away because I was 5 mins late and it was the end of the day. Late because of construction and an accident nothing I could have prevented btw. Even after explaining this she wouldn’t see me. I deal with chronic pain and o was literally in tears. Luckily the lady that was at the front desk and a nurse helped me(very nice and patient)and I was able to reschedule with someone else.
