Some beautiful things. Was so excited to go in. I’d done a ton of research prior to coming in with my decision. Unfortunately, the owner kept pushing lab diamonds on us. Not really hearing us out on what we wanted. Made for a frustrating experience, that resulted in us leaving.

I wanted to get my ring redesigned, and I went to Jacqueline's for ideas. They have beautiful choices, a lot to choose from and a lot of lovely pieces. But most of all, I liked the service I received from both Nicole and Jacqueline. They were patient, honest and gave me a great price for my ring. I will definitely shop there for any fine jewelry in the future, and highly recommend them for any jewelry needs.

I wish I could give a 10/10! Jacqueline’s is AMAZING - I came in at the end of the day needing a rush repair on some earrings I needed for next day and they easily repaired them within minutes!!! Could not recommend enough!

Highly recommend Jacqueline’s jewelry of highland park! I was really stressed out about finding and picking out the right ring for my fiancé but Jacqueline made it so easy and stress free throughout the process. She’s very knowledgeable and informative. The engagement ring is so elegant and stunning it came out more beautiful than I could have imagined. Her and her staff were very kind and welcoming. I will definitely be going back for future jewelry needs. Thanks Jacqueline!!
