If I could give 0 stars I would. This was the most horrific experience at a nail shop in my life. I had a 5:30 appt for a simple full set french manicure and a toe polish change. I sat here for 3.5hrs because nobody knew how to do square simple nails. I showed a picture to the man and he said he could do what I wanted. When he put the tips on my nails he put 3 on crooked and had to remove all 3 and re-do them. Then I asked for square nails with the pointed edges.
