Jacqueline is the best! She goes to Victoria House once a week and has been providing excellent care for my sister. Jacqueline does a wonderful job weekly with shampoos, sets and manicures as needed and perms when it is time. It keeps my sister feeling glamorous and well groomed. I would recommend her highly to anyone looking for a stylist. We are glad she is in business in Port Townsend.
