Exceeded my expectations!!!, This flower shop always exceeds my expectations. The florist is always willing to come up with a beautiful creatuon with your ideas in mind and you picking the flowers, or you can just tell them a few words and they will bring your idea to life! They are more than willing to exchange or return a product within a week which I have never heard of before in other flower shops, they have such great service! They are consistently fast, reliable, and experienced. The only flower shop I trust!
HORRIBLE PLACE DO NOT... I REPEAT DO NOT EVER EVER USE THIS PLACE... THEY CAN'T DELIVER ON TIME OR FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS... BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKES I WAS LATE TO MY VALENTINES DAY DINNER!!! Best flower shop around My husband gets my flowers from Jacquelines all the time. They are always beautiful and last forever. We wouldn't use any other florist. We've recommended them to alot of our friends, and they are always pleased. Very artistic!
Excellent Florist!! Extraordinary Florist. Talented and friendly floral designers create anything I describe to them, and it's always fresh, and always beautiful! You actually speak to real people who care about the customers, know flowers, and obviously love what they do. Bad Product and Store Owner Your review FLOWERS DIED AFTER 4 DAYS - WOULD NOT REFUND MONEYâ - â - 2010-09-02 Purchased dozen premium roses for my wife for our anniversary. Delivered on Saturday. All died on Wednesday. Took the flowers back to the shop and asked the owner to refund my money as I have never had roses die in 4 days. He told me he "was not responsible for his south american supplier's roses and maybe I left the flowers out in the sun and they died." (They delivered to my house). Great for the quick pick me up We love to have fresh flowers around the house and this is the best, cheap alternative to buying them in the supermarket. They have their own small nursery in the back and sometimes they will cut the flowers right from the root. There arrangements are comparable to other florist, but they give extra added attention. The people who work there, no everything about flowers and aren't afraid to tell you about it. I bought a dz of sunflowers for less than $20. They even do dry flowers...there great.
