Dr Green is the best neurologist I have had the pleasure to be a patient of. She is kind, full of compassion, and cares about her patients. I appreciate how much she listened and helped me.
Dr. Green is great—she listens and is amazing when you are in person. HOWEVER when you are not in person and call the office because of medications / concerns and have no choice but to speak to her nurse triage person Lisa who is unprofessional and lazy, you will be waiting days with no care/treatment! I called Monday, spoke to Lisa and expressed my concerns, and left a message for Dr. Green. I was told I would be called - no call back.
