Always very helpful
Both my kids are Dr Valdes patients since they were born and the oldest one is already a teen. She is the best. She also has a very professional staff. Our family recommends her.
Our girls have been patients for over 15 years. the staff is Friendly. I would recommend tendercare pediatrics they don't candy coat it and say it like it is. so if your ok with that, this is your place.
Amazing and excellent doctor as well as herbstaff. Great service, walking are always welcome and convenient appointments. The children feel comfortable and happy for the service especially when it comes to vaccines. Thank you for all the hard and dedicated work that they do everyday.
This pediatricians office is the best. To start there is no waiting time, or waiting time is reasonable. The office staff is extremely friendly, pleasant and helpful. Doctor Valdes-Rafuls is extremely knowledgeable, patient and takes her time with patients. She is explains every single detail, not only to he parents but also the child to their level of understanding. I couldn't be more satisfied with the services of this office. I highly recommend Dr Valdes-Rafuls and her staff!!! 10 stars!!!!

Waiting over ONE HOUR just in waiting room for a physical!!! AND I had "first appointment " of the day. Completely unacceptable.
It's true that they are the worst! They will send you a bill from long time ago saying that you didn't pay the full amount of the service. You will pay the bill again but months later they will send you the same bill again. Then if you complain and say that you already paid them twice!!!! They will say "Prove it" !!!!
This place is good as long as you have medicaid just because the pay everything so they can put whatever they want to the bill even if the didn't do the service they say. When I change to another insurance they pretend me not to notice but when I started checking the papers surprised that many of the services they said performed in reality they didn't and worst was when I ask and they told me they did or proved!!!!
