I was compelled to write a review because my experience could not have been more different than the person who wrote the one review here. My son has been a patient at this practice for at least two years now and I have never had a bad experience. The office staff is always friendly as are the doctors and nurses. They are compassionate and patient. Dr. Sloan was my son's pediatrician until she recently left the practice to move out of state. She was warm, patient, helpful, and offered great advice. My two children have been receiving "care" at this office for the past 4 years. The administrative staff is rude, short, and generally unhelpful with anything outside of them telling you what works for them. Most of the time they just refer you to pm pediatrics and treat that office as their overflow. The office manager stonewalls any attempt at communication to anyone her superior.
