Dr Potts is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. She performed a double oophorectomy. Before the surgery, she really listened to what my concerns were, how past surgeries had gone, and my history of consistent, unresolved pain. We agreed on a game plan ahead of time to leave one ovary if possible, or take both if medically necessary. I trusted her to make the call (as one should trust their physician to be the expert) and she did what was necessary. I continue to see her for other issues as they come up. Thank you!
A fantastic OB who was with us every step of the way with both kids. Grateful for her expertise in both the pre and post natal days. I cannot recommend her enough.
Dr. Potts saw me through my pregnancy with twins and she was amazing. So knowledgeable, responsive to my concerns, and willing to at least attempt to honor all of my hopes for my birth plan. She ended up delivering my twins via c-section and guided me to that decision really beautifully when it was clear that it needed to made. She also did an amazing job with the surgery/delivery itself. As a queer parent with a high risk pregnancy I couldn’t possibly recommend Dr. Potts more!
Dr. Potts is awesome, and the rest of the clinic staff have been so sweet and helpful. My partner and I had twins recently under Dr. Potts’ care and were so thankful for her ease, expertise, and calm demeanor throughout office visits and our birthing process at the hospital.
Was referred to her because my naturopathic doctor can't treat all my gyno issues. At initial visit I brought all my lab & ultrasound results & I explained my health problems. When I came back for follow up visit, Dr. Potts did not recall anything we had previously discussed and literally told me she "has nothing to offer me." That is a terrible thing to say to a patient desperate for help. I was not listened to & was treated like I need to figure this out myself.
