Dr. Scheinkein was the most thorough and caring dr. I would easily give her a five star rating for her care. My son was very sick and every test was coming up negative, she continued investigating until we figured it out. I'm giving 4 stars only because it was sometimes difficult to get in contact with her. I finally figured out one of the phone numbers I had was connected to a voicemail that was not checked. That was probably why the other reviewer did not get a call back. Worst experience I have ever had! I have been calling everyday for a week to get the results for my 5 yr. old daughter who has been sick for more than a month. To this day, I still have not gotten a phone call back from the doctor to discuss my results. I guess a return phone call is to much to ask! If possible, I would rate her zero stars.
