Dr. Panko is great. It’s however very difficult to schedule an appointment with the doctor. I had to book my latest appointment 4-5 months out only to be cancelled later. Before calling me, the scheduler was totally unprepared and uninformed about Dr. Panko’s schedule. Usually when the office called to rescheduling an appointment, they would know when the next opening is. But not this time. Hello, I called the office of Dr. Jacqueline Panko today to make an appointment. The receptionist or administrative assistant (male) was incredibly rude. He would cut me off while I was trying to briefly answer his questions. Since a primary care physician referral is often needed for an appointment with a specialist such as Dr. Panko, I mentioned that my physician had sent an authorization. After running around in circles for a few months, Dr. Panko was the first provider to accurately diagnosis our daughters condition. Further, she made sure that our daughter was able to get right in to Seattle Children's and start treatment immediately. We are very grateful for her expertise.
