Jacqueline Nedwell at Town & Shore Real Estate helped my husband & I find & land our perfect new home in Portland Maine’s hot hot home market. We were searching remotely & under deadline. Not only was Jacqueline always prompt & astute during video & in-person showings, on-point with offers, & responsive meeting offer deadlines, she was fun to work with! Coordination between Town & Shore’s expert realtors on our behalf was always seamless, and the outside experts they referred us to (inspector, mortgage lender, etc.) were exc... read more
We found Jacqueline to be a helpful and knowledgeable resource for us as we were selling our Maine home while living in Florida. She communicated with us regularly and helped us with our timeline to present our home to the market at the best possible time. She worked closely with us during all the stages of showing and selling our property and made the process as smooth as possible. We are very grateful for her expertise and kindness throughout the process.
We are so very glad to have found and worked with Jacqueline to buy our beautiful new home. We were relocating from Texas and had to house hunt remotely. She was at every step of the process kind, responsive, and knowledgeable. We were first time home buyers so had plenty of questions along the way, and Jacqueline was great at explaining, reassuring and guiding us to success. She knew what it took to get the home we really wanted to get and made it happen. She went above and beyond even in helping us get the home ready befor... read more

Within a just a few weeks our timeline had been moved up and we suddenly had a deadline. It was a tough market with low inventory and a LOT of competition, but Jacqueline helped us every step of the way and was very responsive when I was sending her links and questions about houses almost constantly. After a ... read more
I had a great experience with Jacqueline! She was always very responsive and always available to show me any place that I was curious about. I would reccomend her over and over. Very efficient and that's important in today's market.
