Awesome Physician! I loved being her patient. She was understanding and listened to my concerns. The issue I have is with the team in customer service and scheduling. Today I was literally hung up on and transferred to the downtown office while communicating the error on the scheduling side. I was very polite. This is the second time I have had issues with scheduling and it has caused me to not be able to see the Physician. My medical concerns are unheard and I won't be treated for the issues, again.
