First and initial visit was amazing. Everything in my chart was addressed and completely explained! She was very thorough and knowledgeable in all aspects from the meds I was taking and procedures I have done. I am so happy to have her as my new Primary Care Physician . She took the time to listen , understand and suggest a couple changes that we are set to achieve. Thank you for helping me and keeping me healthy!

My previous doctor here had been my doctor for 30 plus years. He recently retired and Jacqueline Champlain is his replacement. I have seen her a few times already and seems to be continuing in the excellent Service I have gotten from Brushy Creek family physicians over the years. She seems caring and interested in your issues and how to best take care of them. Very thorough. I have found her so far.
