Everyone in this office is pretty great with people. From the front desk with Joe and Destiny to the admin in Teresa and even Dr.Weingrow. I had a problem with my appointment and they were able to go the extra mile to make sure they were able to help me at a time that worked for my schedule and theirs
After 53 minutes in the waiting room I WALKED OUT. They are overbooked and lie. I booked my appointment for their next available slot. I was told 1PM (and no other time). I was asked to fill out some paperwork before I arrived which I did. When I got there I was asked to take a seat. I sat waiting with half a dozen other people for 47 minutes from 12:50 PM to 1:37 PM at which point I wrote a review on their website saying it was ridiculous how late they are for appointments. What an excellent doctor! Finally! A doctor that listens and truly cares! She is so thorough and very respectful of your concerns.I’m so grateful that I found Dr. Leventhal. She is a Mint!
Things went pretty much on schedule which is a rarity in today's world!!! The staff is efficient and professional. Very comfortable atmosphere.
