Doctor seems somewhat competent but is a very cold person
Here is the reality of medicine in 2023. I just attempted to make an appointment to see Dr. Jacqueline Cartier for care for Diabetes and was advised that I can have an appointment (the earliest available) May 9, 2024.... Let's hear it for why the average age of life is rapidly declining. This is also a MAJOR reason why insurance premiums keep soaring as people are forced to go to ER's for primary care...Or see a different doctor every time at an Urgent Care Center..
My appointment was cancelled with no warning. Now I have to wait a few months. I am extremely disappointed.
