10/30/2025 update - phone service is terrible I have spent all day calling their phone number in intervals of 5 min and it sounds busy. I just want a simple prescription refilled. This is madness. What terrible Customer service. I had a generally positive experience with the service and staff at the establishment. Dr. Fernandez is a professional with both knowledge and a kind demeanor. Not a patient but was accompanying my husband. Upon his name being called, the medical assistant told him that I could not come in and asked my husband how old he was. I didn’t know there was an age requirement to have someone accompany you to an appt. Sounded very condescending and obviously lacked manners as he did not even make eye contact with me.
