Not a patient but was accompanying my husband. Upon his name being called, the medical assistant told him that I could not come in and asked my husband how old he was. I didn’t know there was an age requirement to have someone accompany you to an appt. Sounded very condescending and obviously lacked manners as he did not even make eye contact with me. If the office only allows the patient in the room, please post that policy on the window of the office. Would have been nice to know prior to me leaving work during my lunch ho... read more
