DO NOT COME HERE!!! AVOID AT ALL COST. I booked an appointment for a physical and had to wait months for the appointment. Got here early to fill out the paperwork. I waited over an hour past my 10am appointment. When I checked in at the front desk I was told there were 2 people ahead of me. No communication on any delays while I sat there patiently. My favorite doctor
This office denied me a necessary SSRI refill and they told me to “go to a hospital in Florida” to get my medication as I recently moved. They hung up on me while I explained the withdrawal risks. They also never communicated that a follow-up visit was required to continue my prescription. This is dangerous, negligent, and shows a serious lack of patient care. I strongly warn others to avoid this practice.
10/30/2025 update - phone service is terrible I have spent all day calling their phone number in intervals of 5 min and it sounds busy. I just want a simple prescription refilled. This is madness. What terrible Customer service. I had a generally positive experience with the service and staff at the establishment. Dr. Fernandez is a professional with both knowledge and a kind demeanor.
