I have bad asthma and my mom found Dr Eghrari-Sabet after I had a bad at attack two years ago. Now I feel great. She is the best doctor ever!!!!!!!
When visiting this practice, TAKE A BOOK. An average consult takes an hour and a half to two hours, and that time is mainly spent waiting. In total, you will see 3 people between waits for a total of 15 minutes. During which time you will repeat the same answers to the same questions with all 3 people. most unprofessional office I have ever dealt with. The front desk gave us bad directions and we were over an hour late so we missed our appt. and they still charged us! They will absolutley NOT let you speak with the Dr. who has the most off the wall diagnosis anyway. This office is a joke
The best allergist I've seen in a long time. She got me allergy shots and the PA in her office is awesome with monthly visits and making sure you have medication and appointments with the docotr when you need to be seen. They are gret with refills and responding to voice mail. I moved and they were great with getting me my medical records for the allergist in my new state.
I had several disputes with the doctor's accountant concerning my bills. When I complained in writing to the doctor, she failed to respond to my letters or multiple telephone calls. I switched to a different doctor, and my new doctor does not do this to me.
I am disappointed that the staff does not keep up to date records on their patients. They did not have our allergy serum records available, even though they just made the serum the week before. I transferred to a new allergist.
