I had a 1:30pm appointment that I arrived to at 1:25pm. New patient. I was filling out paperwork when the receptionist called my name at 1:32pm and told me the doctor wouldn't be able to see me because I wasn't there 30 minutes early. Customer service at it's finest. I will happily look for a different new doctor.

I called to take appointment with Dr Jacqueline Herr and the front desk was very rude, they don’t know how to talk to patient..Very insensitive and unethical..Very disappointed with this service.

Unprofessional. As a medical professional myself, I was appalled at being treated like an annoyance. I came here for a second opinion. As I waiting for my appointment I was belittled, spoke down to because I somehow missed the message that I was supposed to arrive 30 minutes early. I then observed them mistreating another patient that had a language barrier for the same reason.
