Dr. Herr is, by far, the best doctor I’ve ever been to. After an absolutely horrific experience with another doctor in lewisville, Dr Herr came highly recommended, and I can absolutely attest to her abilities. I had a 1:30pm appointment that I arrived to at 1:25pm. New patient. I was filling out paperwork when the receptionist called my name at 1:32pm and told me the doctor wouldn't be able to see me because I wasn't there 30 minutes early. Customer service at it's finest. I will happily look for a different new doctor.
