Dr Castagno is no longer there. She left without warning after my surgery before my 2nd follow up. The doctors that UF have brought in are only there 2 weeks out of the month 1 doctor has 1st 2 weeks the 2nd doctor has the next 2 weeks. They do not return calls. They do not respond to the my chart UF is so proud of. They do not seem to care when things go wrong with your surgery.
