I was greeted on time as soon as I walked in. Jacqueline char personally did my consultation. She was patient. She was updated on all the new trends. I will be going back to her in 4 weeks. She did an Amazing Job Jacqueline Thank You!!!

She left my color on too long, it's terrible. My cut is uneven, and she cut my hair without a smock, so my shirt was soaked, and I was covered with hair trimmings. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend this person for any service. Your response to my review is as cheap and classless as your salon and your service. Loved my experience with Char! She was professional and educational! Went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and knew everything about the service before she began. Her Keratin prices are the best around! Others charge more for no more added service at all. If want to get your hair super smooth and get the frizzies out. My hair needed it! Before I went to Jacqueline Char Salon I had brittle dry hair. My friend recommended I go see Char. Char did an excellent job on my hair, I did have a hard time getting in because she was booked, but she is the Best. Char cared about my request and I left the salon with soft beautiful New Red Hair. I recommend you get the Keratin. It was a Great experience.
