The staff checks me in. Make sure insurance is good. Takes my BP and wt. Doctor saves my life with antibiotics, labs, referrals, and treatments. I don’t know why all the negative comments.
Been going to Dr Wong for years. When my family tried to make an appointment, they said we have to pay $1000 deductible if we want to see the doctor. Weird, but I wasn’t sure. Called my insurance to verify and was told we only need to pay copay for PCP. My insurance company representative then proceeded to call them to educate them and hopefully resolve this issue. This is my assigned Dr, couldnt get an appt with her ever because shes always on vacation or busy. This Dr along with the other Drs at the Family Medical Center in Alhambra runs a scam at the office. Prescribing medication just to bill my insurance for more money. Dr stated i had severe earwax just so they can collect a copay and bill my insurance an extra E&M visit along with my preventative visit while i was there.
