Dr. Hauer has been great but her staff on the other hand not so much. Julie is great and helpful but Stephanie has horrible bedside manner and is so rude to patients and their families. I will never allow her to even come close to my child again. A person lacking any compassion at all and is that hateful does not belong in the medical field. In fact she needs not work with the public at all.
