Unfortunately, we had to leave Nationwide because prices went up so much. We had been trying to cancel our policy for well over a month, with no luck and bad attitude from some of their employees. Today Tiffany took the time to get it done for us. She was a pleasure to deal with, and if we ever return to Nationwide it'll be because of her, and only her. Thank you Tiffany, and have a great day!

Tiffany Riggins helped us with renters insurance very efficiently and very quickly very late in the day. We contacted her right before closing (we had forgotten) and yet she got it all done and sent us the declaration page. She was friendly, knowledgable, and kind, and we are so happy we got a hold of her. Excellent service!
