She is ALWAYS consistent, helpful, on top of things, on time for showings, extremely communicative so you always feel informed, very helpful with providing ideas, contact numbers etc etc… I have used her and her co-team Jacque Mentick with every home I bought and sold in WNC. I had a house that was extremely difficult to sell. It was on the market for almost 2 years and I switched realtors in the midst as well just to see if I could try a different approach. This new approach was with Chelsi and she was lockstep with me throughout the entire process and really made a challenging experience as seamless as possible.
