I wasn't going to write a review, but 3 months after I cancelled my last appointment and stopped going, they sent me a bogus bill (they didn't even call to make sure I was alive after 2 yeas of going there). The bill was fraudulent. I called, left message, no call back. Called a week later, called again, got the receptionist who said she took care of it and I didn't owe them anything. What a horrendous practice. To say the staff is friendly would be beyond the foulest joke, something equivalent to an assertion that modern hip-hop music has justly served the urban community. Bottom line: the staff won't remember who you are, the doctor won't remember who you are and, worst of all, you will not feel taken care of nor feel comfortable knowing that you (the patient) are the most important factor in the psychiatric equation. This practice resembles an assembly line, not a health center.
