Dr. Jacque was patient and spent many years helping me recover from addiction and manage my mental health. I have seen several psychiatrists and they all seemed disinterested and trying to push medication, but she did her best to accomodate me while enforcing the necessary steps needed for a full recovery.
Dr. Jacque has treated my children and me for many years. She is a no-nonsense doctor that will go above and beyond for her patients. She works carefully with you to develop a care plan that works best for you. If you are serious about getting help, she is the doctor you need to see.
I saw Dr. Jacque in 2013 on the recommendation from my therapist. I should never have gone. Dr. Jacque acted like she didn't believe anything I said or took anything seriously because I was a teenage girl. I was 18 and had experienced anxiety, depression, and other issues since the third grade. The Dr. made it clear that she did not provide therapy and was an MD. doctor is not bad, but poor bedside manner. Office staff is absolutely terrible- mess up appointments and insurance (more than once)- then blame the patient. I stopped going here because I was tired of being spoken to in an unprofessional manner.
I find her to be excellent with my daughter. She is quite intelligent and is a no nonsense psychiatrist. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs help.

I wasn't going to write a review, but 3 months after I cancelled my last appointment and stopped going, they sent me a bogus bill (they didn't even call to make sure I was alive after 2 yeas of going there). The bill was fraudulent. I called, left message, no call back. Called a week later, called again, got the receptionist who said she took care of it and I didn't owe them anything.
