I rang my mother this morning to wish her a happy birthday. Mum told me that she had received some very lovely flowers sent the previous day by my wife and I from WA. Mum loves flowers and has received many in her life but she went on to tell me "These are the most beautiful bouquet of flowers that I have ever seen. I am very grateful for the beautiful bouquet of flowers Jacquie arranged for my mum's birthday. I live interstate and Jacquie made the whole ordering process something I had found frustrating in the past very easy and stress free. The phone contact I had with Jacquie was very friendly and helpful and I had no doubt my mum would be looked after and she was.
