Not happy at all, extremely disappointed!! Me and my wife did more than half of the foot work, sent them the video to prove our case and sent them bills that they were lagging on obtaining. They do everything they can to drag the case, because the longer it takes the more money they get and the less you get. I grew up thinking Jacoby and Myers was the best way to go if I ever gotten the car accident. Now 60 years later I finally did get in a car accident. So I was kinda excited because it's the first time I've needed a lawyer. Boy was I highly disappointed in this law firm. You may or may not know that after a car accident you have 2 years to file your case. This was my 1st time needing a law firm to represent me and my experience was horrible. Emily Mendez was my rep and communication was horrible and at the end of everything, they dropped my case and left me with a $5K bill.
