I live in a house built by Jacoby and being a retired union tradesmen as a carpenter for 40 years I can honestly say this house is built with quality. Attention to the details shows. Dave Jacoby was in charge of our remodel a number of years ago. We noticed then that he was pretty clueless about a lot of what was going on, but what choice did we have in the middle of a big remodel? Recently we have had a small remodel done and here is some of what was found: 1. No grounding for one entire section of outlets 2. No insulation under one bathroom 3.
