Truck 2283 pulled right out in front of me today and almost caused an accident and he didn't stop at railroad crossing and is carrying fuel, not so bright, twice! On road #160 in charlotte nc
Had an experience with Lori H. that was very disappointing and unprofessional. I believe this individual does not reflect well on the company.
Once great, no longer, no concern, no follow up, sad situation.
Requested stoppage of fuel deliveries as I was considering converting to gas this spring and didn't want to deal with a full tank if I decided to go that route. This request was acknowledged by Jacobus. Within a week I received a fuel delivery and now have to deal with a full tank. They don't seem to care about their customers' requests.
