Horrible management. The old manager Angela was absolutely amazing and actually cared about the tenants and did her job and didn’t take any crap from anyone. Current one is lazy and doesn’t care about anyone but herself, loses paperwork, rent checks, etc. Renovation done recently but stuff already falling apart. Doors hung incorrectly, windows put in incorrectly. Both causes cold air coming in. Plumbing done incorrectly. No insulation in walls at all. These apartments deserve negative zero stars. The only thing they care about is receiving the rent money. The apartment manager Misty is incompetent and is very lazy when it comes to doing her job. When you drop off paperwork to the office, make sure you take a picture of everything. Recently a tenant went to sign some paperwork and Misty put it at the bottom of the pile. These apartments deserve negative zero stars. The only thing they care about is receiving the rent money. They so called renovated these apartments a year ago and they falling apart already. There’s little to no installation between the walls. You can literally hear a person conversation when you’re standing in certain parts of the apartment. The windows and doors were installed incorrectly. So when the winter time comes there’s a strong draft coming through both windows and doors. Which also makes your bill high in the wint... read more
