I took my gold cross pendant in to be fixed, and when they asked if there was another piece, I said there wasn’t. When I picked it up and got home, I realised I’d made a mistake and couldn’t put the cross back on the chain. I called to ask how much it would cost to fix it again, and they were so kind and understanding that they had to redo the work but didn’t charge me anything extra. The turnaround was super quick and the quality was excellent. Thank you so much
Beautiful necklace given as a gift purchased from Jacobsons Jewellery in Bondi Junction for my daughter. It required a small repair as she wore it to the gym and caught it on the equipment. Customer service at Jacobsons was brilliant they repaired it free of charge and so quickly. Which enabled her to wear it to a special event. The jewellery pieces in their store are unique, and stunning.
