Amazing and super helpful! I stopped by with a severely tangled fine necklace with a massive knot that seemed impossible to untangle. They immediately stepped in to help me out and managed to untangle it completely – super patient and careful, and even took the time to untangle some smaller knots. All free of charge. Jacobsons Jewellery is a friendly place that offers quality and beautiful jewellery. The staff are lovely and I have been a client for years and always happy with their work and skills. Never thought about any body else fixing or creating new pieces of jewellery for me . They are trustworthy and I cannot wait to come back for a new one .
