Excellent place! There isn't much on the showroom, but the personal attention will help you decide what's best for you and for your budget. Definitely recommend! Much more knowledgeable than big box stores and great prices as well! Next time I need an appliance, going back!
Extremely unprofessional business. The owner was so rude, impatient and generally nasty to me! I called asking about an air conditioning unit and I had a few questions. I don’t know if he having trouble in his personal life today but I’m completely disgusted by the way I was spoke to! The salesperson, Pat, did not inform me at the time of purchase that in order to buy from them they had to set me up with a new credit card I did not want from the Synchrony company (including a hard credit check I did not approve of). In addition to this, in setting up the credit card account he did not put in my email address nor use my correct mailing address. He said it would take a few days to get an email confirmation about the account being set-up and then I could change the address to get my physical card in the mail... read more
This is the most unprofessional business I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with!! I was dealing with Brian who was nice and helpful at first. I said I would be there by 6 to give a deposit and place an order for a washer and dryer. I work 45 minutes away and with the traffic it was hard but I made it a couple of minutes before 6pm.
