The salesperson, Pat, did not inform me at the time of purchase that in order to buy from them they had to set me up with a new credit card I did not want from the Synchrony company (including a hard credit check I did not approve of). In addition to this, in setting up the credit card account he did not put in my email address nor use my correct mailing address. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with!! I was dealing with Brian who was nice and helpful at first. I said I would be there by 6 to give a deposit and place an order for a washer and dryer. I work 45 minutes away and with the traffic it was hard but I made it a couple of minutes before 6pm. I was approached by the rudest man who told me "we're closed, we told you we close at 6pm" I had never seen or spoken to this man. I looked at Brian and all he said was "sorry."
