I really enjoy all the people at this dentist office. Going to the dentist was NOT my favorite thing to do, but, after going here, all my thoughts have changed. Dr Jacobson has a great personality and tries to keep up with my sarcastic sense of humor. But, with that said, he always explains everything really clear and is very caring. I am so happy I found this Office. I recommend it totally.
I have been a patient of Dr Jacobsen and Dr Pepe's for almost 25 years. I was in the dental profession for many years and know a lot of dentists and staffs. Both doctors and the whole staff are fantastic...The best in my opinion! They also keep up with the cutting edge technology. Thank you for the excellent dental care and for being such really caring, nice people also. I highly recommend this office!
Extremely competent family dentist - very attentive to each patients needs (actually listens to the patient), gentle manner and very easing demeanor. Highly recommend!!
Service at this dentist was poor at best. I never met the dentist after several office visits. The receptionist does not greet or even look at you. The wait time after the schedlued appt. was 45 min. every time I went. Expect to spend 2 hrs when you go for a visit. I requested a quote and provided my insurance co. prior to the service. The quote was around $100, the actual bill I was sent was almost $400. They charged my young children as adults to increase the costs. Got recommendation from a friend. Even though it is further to travel, I would definitely make the trip. Dr. Jacobson is friendly and very easy to talk to. I would recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Jacobson and his entire team are extremely professional and friendly ; the absolute best you could possibly find anywhere ! He is great at explaining procedures and understanding of a patient's anxiety. I recommend him to all of my friends.
