Always a great experience for my 6 and 2 year old. Andrea is awesome and always engaging with the kids and making it fun for them.
Harmony has done a great job for our family for years now. Unfortunately, on 5/17/26, they decided to stop accepting PPO plans. This is going to negatively affect a lot of families who cannot afford to pay for a Premier plan. Receptionist claims they "sent an email to everyone", but I believe more is needed here. When a business decides to discontinue an insurance plan that has been accepted for years, more effective communication is needed than just an email. Graded this office a 4 star. The dental technician Kimmy was great! The Doctor was nice, friendly and informative. The front desk gal with thick red hair seemed irritated, not cheerful and no smiles. I called ahead of time to let them know I was running late and I hope that wasn't the reason of her irritability. I also work for an Ortho office and I believe that the first people we see when entering a pediatric office (or any office) should be smiling, very friendly and welcoming.
Our daughter went in for surgery today. The team from start to finish was absolutely amazing. Shout to Tabatha for everything she did to make it comfortable for our daughter and us. Hands down the best peds office!
