Everyone is so kind and really care and they took great care of my child today :)
My daughter had a cleaning done here a few weeks ago. The person cleaning took less than 5 minutes. My daughter has good teeth, but i felt like that was way to fast. I was surprised how fast the appointment was, it took longer just waiting for the dentist to come check her teeth. We've been coming here for years and always been satisfied but now i feel like the new staff does not take their time throughly cleaning. I'm thinking of taking my kids elsewhere.
If your children have oregon health plan turn around and go elsewhere! My child was in there care for two years. Over two years they did some work and they got a new dr in 2024. This doctor did such a bad job he kept referring us out,that's not the issue the issue is resulting in my daughters whole mouth needing work and getting it done in one visit at another dental office! Canceled my daughters as patients after a few missed appts. Would have been very kind if someone had reminded me of the "policy" after the first missed appt that a patient can be removed as patients after so many missed appts. K signed a form over 5 years ago about this policy and not once did someone remind me of this. I work at a chiropractic office and we go above and beyond for our patients to help them keep and reschedule their appts and we would never remove a person as a patient. This is hands down the best dentist office. The staff is kind and understanding with all of their patients of all ages. They make sure that kids feel cared for and comfortable. They also do not do unnecessary procedures. An added bonus is that the office shared with the orthodontist.
