my baby’s first dental appointment it was a great experience, good customer service and the Doctor was great as well thank you!!
Everyone was nice and slow. Explaining things as they went, letting him feel, examine, try stuff on his own, so he wouldn’t be scared or anxious. Accommodated when needed, the way they had to do something if he refused or got scared, anxious. A movie going above helped for distraction more than you guys know. I wish I had known about this dentist from the get go.
Took my autistic son for his first appointment. Took forever to find a place that was willing to be patient and not just want to put him under for a check up. They were super sweet, and had lots of into. Explained everything to us and our son before they did it. It was a great experience. After we left he was really excited about the dentist.
Everyone was so great with her first visit. They explained what they were doing and she handled it all with a smile on her face. I would definitely recommend people go here.
Was late 15 min today 5min over grace period and had to reschedule.. was kinda bummed😟 We wait sometimes longer to get in When they're finishing on patient
