Always an excellent experience with the crew at Jacobsen Lawn Service.
I had an absolutely horrible experience with them this past week. I was a new customer who specifically requested an 1/8 acre grass cut with a very small, then dry retention pond. They ended up only cutting less than 25% of that. Not only did the leave 75% of my grass uncut, but they also expected me to pay the full $50 amount they quoted me for my entire property.
