Beautiful houses
We purchased our home from Mark in March 2025. We love the house! Mark was great to work with and made the buying process very easy. He was always available to assist if we had any questions or concerns.
Me and my sister are both looking for holmes for our properties. We went to Jacobsen Homes in Lakeland. You walk into the homes and its decorated very nicely you get the instant feeling of home. Like I could live here... I picked 2 that I liked and have to get with my county property appraisal people to find out about yearly taxes. After that im definatly going with Jacobsen Homes... we toured several other manufacturers homes. Every one felt like a decked out camper. We just received our keys a few weeks ago. This is the first time we have built a new home and decided to go with a modular build. We live in Canada and we couldn’t oversee all the regular builders, contractors, site inspectors etc. From start to finish, Jacobsen Homes delivered. Vivian was very helpful in assisting with design choices and helping us with the home configuration.
