As others have written here, huge list of quality problems, electrical, cabinetry, doors, trim, bad installations, missing connections, damaged doors, with our JMH, 16 months to resolve most. Major drywall finish issues, don’t know if they have qualified subcontractors to resolve. Should have been model home quality, May be forced to look into litigation ! BEWARE !
We bought a Jacobsen Manufactured home and it was delivered on June 30, 2025. We arrived at our new home on October 20, 2025 and were shocked at the mess we that "we" were left to clean up. Then, walls with baseboard paint all over the house, paint on the baseboard the same color at the walls. A real sloppy job. Back door doesn't work, bathroom door warped, light switches that do not work, and many more issues, including a toilet put in crooked. It has been a year since I moved into this home and still my damages are YET to be fixed. I have attempted to contact them via email, phone number, etc. and still NO RESPONSE. The mobile home had damages from the beginning. Holes in dry wall, doors don't close correctly, shingles blowing off, cabinets are damaged, bad paint jobs, etc. Nobody has come to view this, let alone give me a response. Walk away don't even look. Worst workmanship ever and they DO NOT come back to finish the repairs. I have shingles blowing off, holes in shower inserts, drywall mistakes, door that do not close or fly open after you think they have been shut, dent to siding and back of home (house was damaged on arrival). Numerous attempts to get remedy and not one person comes out to look at damaged items nor give dates as to when they will be fixed.
