I don't like being nickeled and dimed for trash and water. I pay a very large rental fee which used to include these items. Its bush league to press us for another $20 or so when we are already paying thousands. I miss the old owners, they had class.
Took care of leaves around property right away and always a great customer service. Whenever we call for service they respond and get the work done. Thx
The apartment is roomy and quiet. Enjoying the community and looking forward to spring and summer activities.
