4 years here, was supposed to be only one or two years tops. I never had mice before living here, but we now keep mouse traps on hand. It took 2 or 3 years for the maintenance guys to keep the squirrels from getting into the attic. Water damage above windows in master suite was very poorly patched. Most of the time, there are significant delays in getting someone to respond to maintenance requests. We do try to do some maintenance like lightbulbs ourselves. Paying more, getting less. Dramatic increase in monthly residence costs. New ownership very much income focused, not tenant focused.
