Seems like a wonderfully maintained place to live. The complex is very close to lots of commerce.
My husband and I looked into this complex recently since our lease was up for renewal. If you have children DO NOT MOVE HERE. There is nothing for children to do, the woman doing the tour suggested find info outside activities for our son because there’s nothing for him to do. It was the middle of August and not a kid in site. It’s like a retirement complex or assisted living home. The units are beautiful but if you entertain, it’s to quiet and stuffy. Lived here 5 years while we were deciding on our forever home. Loved the apartment and the location. If the apartment complex ever went to Condos, we would have bought one. Management was good at resolving issues when they arose. Our windows weren't the best and were hard to open but other than that, we enjoyed our time at Jacob's woods.
