Service team is great but understaffed. Property management/leasing personnel rarely available and the service order response time is poor. Services are not adequate for rental fees which are high. Apartments are not very "distinctive " and building quality is very poor.

It’s not that the maintenance work was a “bad” experience, rather it’s “no” experience. I have submitted a few requests for the not working ice maker in a new refrigerator & continue to get emails within 24hrs stating the work order completed. I have asked for a Manuel to see if there is some magic button to produce ice. I see a on/off switch & it’s in “on” position.
