Jacobs promised to come back and finish the trimming of two large trees near my house. They completed 75% of the job and promised to come back and complete the rest. After MANY phone calls and excuses I'm done with them. Customers should AVOID this tree service. I wish I had.
Stay away from #jacobstreeworx. They did a tree removal job for my elderly parents and never completed the job and damaged the yard in the process. This company was paid in full (via cash) so of course they have failed to return to complete the tasks agreed upon and repair the damage they created. This company has promised on three occasions to return to repair the damage and complete the tasks yet each time no one shows. Any business who abuses elderly people should not be allowed to operate. Jacobs Tree Worx just removed a huge, dangerous white pine tree out of our yard. It was extremely close to my house, the neighbors house and another neighbors fence. The tree was removed quickly and safely, and they cleaned up the area nicely. Crew was professional, friendly and hardworking. I would highly recommend Richard and his crew for any tree removal services.
The service was professional. Work was excellent and very prompt. Prices were definitely reasonable. I highly recommend this company.
Jacobs Tree Worx removed 5 good sized trees and 2 bushes from my crowded back yard this morning. Most of them hard to get to. Completed job by lunch time and cleaned up nicely. Cost was very fair and far below competitors. Highly recommend this hard working crew. Great work at a great price. Thanks Richard and crew!

I'm still waiting for the finish of that stump grinding I called about a few weeks ago.
I have had tree work done by Jacobs Tree Worx for the last 2 years. The crew is always courteous and they work very hard. My yard always look super when they are done. Looking forward to calling them soon. Thank you.
