Pretty well managed. Still having issues with snow removal, even after 8 years here. Every contractor is terrible. The latest one plowed everyone else's driveway but mine, led about it twice and I everyday had to shovel it myself. This is a waste of my money on HOA fees.
Beautiful condos situated around a wooded conservancy. Great neighbors. Excellent location to a bike path (that connects to the Oak Leaf Trail), Stigler Nature Preserve, and shopping in either Brookfield or New Berlin.
Beautiful Condominiums...Spacious...Peaceful...Beautiful Views...Love it!!!
