Sarah and the team have been nothing short of amazing!!!! This is the third time we've had to call Jacobs within the last few years! The first time was due to a gas leak, Chris came out quickly and fixed us all up! Last year in 2024 we had a pipe burst And we had no water. They couldn't get to us until later that night, But they knew how important it was that we have water. The team was so quick and professional. Very nice to work with! They helped haul everything out of our basement when it flooded and offered to help in any way they could. It was so easy to stay in contact with Sarah through the whole process with her quick response time. We were so thankful to have them here!
