I was looking in the clear lake area for my first home and called Jacobs Realty. Michele was sugar sweet on the phone and at the first few home showings. Then she got pushy and rude. Finally she told me to have the listing agents show me homes I was interested in and that she would write up the sale and give me a "discount" which happend to be half her commission percentage. I dont know if that is even legal so I found a new agent...
