R L Jacobs Plumbing is just one of those companies that is NOT very helpful or cooperative. They supplied sinks for a project, refused to undermount them, the countertop company offered to mount them on R L Jacob's behalf, then R L Jacobs refused to deliver the sinks and instead insisted that the countertop company go to R L Jacob's supplier in Spokane to pick them up. They are refusing to help identify a sink they provided during the course of a project that was not on their submittal package. Won't return phone calls. Suff... read more
Horrible work. Had a broken pipe in winter and a new water heater installed at my elderly mothers house. A two man team showed up consisting of an apprentice and helper and claimed to fix it minus one 3/8 attachment to the toilet. My lawyer has now informed me having no journeyman present is a violation of state law. They said they would be back for the final attachment and then it’s done” After at least 8 ignored calls with messages, and over 3 months of not returning calls we had to hire another plumber not only to fix the... read more
