Had Jacob’s out to install a mop sink in a tricky spot. They were great: easy to deal with, fast to schedule, did exactly what they were supposed to do with no issues, and - above all - were significantly cheaper than the competitors. Of 3 blind estimates I got for the job, Jacob’s came in at about 25% of the other two local companies. No cost overrun, no corner cutting, just way cheaper across the board with no fall off in quality.

Melo came in response to incorrect plumbing under kitchen sink and hot water heater issue. He quoted price for work and further assessed age and stability of current hot water heater. There was no sales pressure, and I obtained a second quote from another highly referred plumbing company. I went with Jacob’s plumbing and today Melo and Q arrived to reconstruct plumbing under kitchen sink, replace sink w stronger gauge and replace hot water heater.
