The owner of this outfit, John Jacobs, is quite possibly the rudest individual I have ever encountered.
Jacobs Plumbing installed a new gas water heater at my house in December 2024. Ever since the installation, I thought I could smell gas. I finally called the business 30 days later to check to make sure there was no gas leak just to be on the safe side. A plumber came that afternoon and checked and said there was no gas leak.
