This guy will rip you off terrible. He wants his deposit up front and then comes in and does absolutely the worst work I have ever seen. I had a building inspector from Brevard county come check his work and said it was one of the worst jobs he's ever seen. He was supposed to put subflooring down tongue and groove, and cut the grooves and tongues off and pieced it together. The flooring was valued at over $600 and it is now a waste.
