We had an excellent experience with Dr. Jacob. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough in her evaluations. From the first visit, she took the time to truly listen and understand our concerns, and explained everything clearly in a way that made us feel comfortable and informed. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Jacob’s developmental pediatric practice. From start to finish, the level of care and professionalism was far below what any parent would expect—especially when it comes to something as important as a child’s development. Appointments felt rushed, with little to no genuine effort to listen or understand concerns. Dr. Jacob is such a wonderful physician. She takes her time getting to know the patient and works tirelessly to find the best treatment options. She genuinely cares about her patients and it shows. I cannot recommend her enough. Angela is great too! Thanks so much for all you do for our family!
